Co-Simulation: Carmaker - Persival Lidar Model - Simspector

A couple of weeks ago we published a video with a co-simulation of our Persival lidar models with esmini.

Now, we showcase the co-simulation with IPG CarMaker using the following setup: 

• IPG CarMaker: Simulates a scenario based on an environment provided by Triangraphics.

• Persival Lidar Model: Built as a functional mockup unit (FMU) containing the Persival Sensor Model Development Library (SMDL), and connected to IPG CarMaker via ASAM OSI.

• Simspector: Visualizes the ASAM OSI output of the sensor model, providing detailed insights into the simulation.

This co-simulation setup demonstrates the seamless interaction between different simulation tools, enhancing your ability to develop and optimize automated driving systems.
